As noted in Management update in February there were ongoing discussions with potential partners and funding sources.  Below is response from Tracy regarding status.

The status is the same. Unfortunately I cannot elaborate until a binding agreement happens, and when it does, we will make a public announcement.

While we haven’t made public statement since May, CEO Brett Gross has been working on issue #1 –raising sufficient capital to get drilling going at the Hay Mountain Project.\
