Hahaha BG has been here for a very good while too on the Board and almost 2 years now as CEO so don't give us that bs! He's just as much at fault as you say JB is! I think the key here is that he hasn't advanced the conversation or the company one foot (I'd give him an inch) but I don't know where it is? 

My feelings are that BG needs to get things going in the next 2-3 months or we need to get him removed and proceed with someone else... preferably JB, but just as long as we're going in another direction is fine with me!
