Very well stated, HKIPP.  Like many on this board, though, I believe that Mr. Gross only serves himself and not shareholders.  There has never been any evidence that he considers shareholders at all in whatever he does.  We really have no idea what he does, other than spending his time and company resources on ridiculous lawsuits against JB. 

I do believe we have the most pathetic "leader" of any publicly traded company, or at least close to it.  We really scraped the bottom of the barrel.  Oh wait, we never in any way did any scraping at all.  He inserted himself in a hostile takeover and has never put anything up for shareholder approval.
