Of course- we need money to drill. And we need a deal to obtain those funds. We've speculated on the many impediments- BG's lack of time- since he is busy with his main day job, possibly his simple lack of interest- just being distracted by other responsibilities and unrelated opportunities, his lack of any kind of promotional style- not getting out "on the hustings" to spread the word about Liberty Star, his suspected penchant for waiting for the "Grand Deal"- instead of accepting a more modest offer to simply get drilling started, or, as some have speculated- that he doesn't even really want a deal at this time, etc. It always has seemed inexplicable- that- with the data suggesting what is at Hay Mountain and with other deals being made left and right all aound us- that we have been unable to strike even a modest deal to get drilling started.

Is it possible that Brett Gross, himself is the impediment? His track record of failed negotiations suggests this is possible. Maybe his persona, lack of hard rock geological and mining knowledge, or simply his demeanor is such that just no one wants to do business with him. Is it possible? I don't know. But I think it is something to consider.
