I just spoke to one of my friends who had problems obtaining the control numbers for the GREEN proxy. His bank wouldn't call back, so he telephoned SLI and they gave him the White proxy numbers - when he said that he wanted the Green ones, they just hung up on him. LOL. He has since got his green proxy and voted.
