Ms. Seung Oh

Director and CFO

Ms. Oh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, with over seven years of experience in Canadian and U.S. public corporations. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 2006.
From 2007 to 2010 Ms. Oh worked with Manning Elliot LLP in the Assurance Department primarily focused on mining companies listed on North American stock exchanges. From 2012 to 2013, Ms. Oh taught financial accounting and managerial accounting at Columbia College in Vancouver

Ernest Brisbane

M.Eng, P.Eng., Director

Mr. Brisbane began his career as a mechanical engineer in the heavy engineering field of manufacturing, field installation and commissioning of power generation and pumping equipment. He has 21 years of management experience in the mining industry as a mechanical, mining, electrical, and civil disciplines for senior and junior mining companies

John J. Sutherland

CPA, CGA, Board of Directors

Mr. Sutherland, CPA, is a well -experienced director and mining executive. Highlights of his mining career area as a long term director of Aquiline Resources leading to its $626M takeover by Pan American Silver, the CFO of Arequipa Resources for the $1.1B take over by Barrick and the CFO and Vice President, site construction of Sonora Gold's 120,000 ounce producer.
Mr. Sutherland has raised over $250 million for mining, technology, industrial and transportation companies listed on TSX, TSX.V and NYSE AMEX Exchanges. John has a track record of structuring and building successful organizations and was nominated for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award while the CEO of a technology company. In all prior boards of numerous companies, Mr. Sutherland has served as the Audit Committee chairperson and has a keen interest in corporate governance.

Gary Sosenko

Advisory Board

For the past 40 years Mr. Sosenko has been intimately involved with the industrial minerals industry, serving in a number of key senior management positions over that time. Gary first started out in sales with J.M. Huber Corporation's Calcium Carbonate Division, before it became part of Huber Engineered Materials.
After leaving Huber, Gary then founded Advanced Minerals Technology (AMT) in 1993 and served as its President. AMT is focused on helping companies market their mineral-based and recycled by-products and works with all major industrial minerals including calcium carbonate, talc, mica, clay, silica, feldspar and wollastonite. Some of the more notable companies AMT has worked with over the past 25 years include large North American industrial minerals and construction materials firms such as Vulcan Materials, Powdermet, Protech Industries, Chemical Lime and Lafarge among others.

Martin Gallagher

Martin is currently a partner of Brave Partners LLP, a London-based advisory firm, which is active in the insurance, clean energy/storage and natural resource sectors. He provides advice to investors in junior mining, as well as capital raising and related services.
Between 1988 and 2000, Martin worked for a variety of US banks, mainly as a credit and project analyst. From 2001 to 2007, he worked at Dresdner Kleinwort, initially with a focus on high-yield, special situations and distressed investments and finally, serving as Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets Proprietary Trading, responsible for deploying the bank's capital across different markets and sectors .

Jeremie Gagnon

Mr. Gagnon is the founder and owner of Permex Nursery in Quebec, an enterprise that specializes in permaculture design and excavations, and high-quality plant nursery stock. Permex has created an extensive genetic library for seed and mother plants for over 200 varieties of cultivars trees, shrubs, herbaceous and annual plants that are either edible or medicinal, and are adapted to the unique climate conditions of the Laurentians.
With Mr. Gagnon's dedication and vision, Permex has established partnerships throughout North America and the World in order to develop the best models of market gardening in Canada and of silvopasture in North America. Permex's Tree Farm Nursery is fast becoming a leading example for the future of Tree Farms in the province, as it grows and cultivates all of its plants without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers which guarantees a healthy and vibrant harvest. Moreover Permex is one of the first Nursery's to use wollastonite as a natural fertilizer for its trees and plants, and it has been educating farms throughout the province on its numerous plant health benefits.
