Two recent interesting SEC filings....

Last Thursday and Friday VytaCorp filed an S8 and 13G.

The S8 was to retain Ed Buckham and Terry Allen as consultants to VytaCorp.

Mr. Buckham is well known as one of the most powerful lobyists on Capital Hill and will represent VytaCorp to the legislative bodies to increase awareness of Agrastim and potentially interest governmental agencies in the use of Agrastim.

Mr. Allen is a partner to Mr. Buckham.

The terms of this consultant agreement is that Mr. Buckham will receive 140,000 shares tradeable stock and warrants to purchase 500,000 shares at a strike price of the closing of June 8, 2006. The closing price on June 8, 2006 was .91. There is no cashless excersize option, the warrants are cash only. Mr. Allen receives 60,000 shares.

For these two individuals going to bat for VytaCorp, is pretty strong.

The second filing was an 13G which is a beneficial ownership greater than 4.99% filing. The entities listed that have the beneficial ownership are:

VISION OPPORTUNITY MASTER FUND LTD. -- EIN: 27-0120759

with Adam Benowitz who has dispositive power over the shares (control).

The number of shares is: 2,999,034

A search of both the fund and Mr. Benowitz came up with an article written about both this Summer 2006.

This article shows the fund and Mr. Benowitz as long term holders that do not short once they take a position in a company and work on supporting the company.

A quote from the article:

``Vision Capital Advisors differs radically from other PIPE investors, which have been known to bet against a company and make money on “shorting,” or wagering that the company’s stock price goes down.

“We earn more by betting on the upside, and everyone wins, not just the investor. If the stock doubles, we can make, for instance, 10 times our money, and the CEO and other shareholders might make multiples of that. Even retail investors win,” Benowitz says. “That makes us different from everyone else, because we’re helping companies navigate Wall Street, providing market support and helping the company find additional business and investors.”``

IMHO, interest and potential in VytaCorp is growing.

Regards,

Kent
