The O/S count has been basically the same figure, up just a tiny bit since Sept 30, 2009....when Fred announced at the Nov, 2009 shm we were debt free.

At the Sept, 2008 shm, the proxy vote to increase A/S from 300 to 350 mln was officially approved. That was Sept 17, 2008.

We have remained debt free, yet that may have to change imo, and if so to score a home run as being said here, so be it for this stockholder.

I set 2016 as my personal goal to make it or break it.....I'll eat those words and give it another year.

IMO!!!.....there is no way Fred et al, nor Tony et al, will through in the towel.
