I do not believe that they have this figured out way in advance. I do believe that the company and Handal are trying their best, working diligently, attempting to make this thing work for themselves as well as the stock holders. I also think they will not throw in the towel and walk away. Edig seems to have been ahead of the curve technologically but have, so far, not been able to work through the maze that is the system to get paid. Speaking of maze, this IPR thing baffles me. How do you get granted a patent, three years go by, and then you have to through a new process to have the patent re validated? I guess it is because these days patents are so complicated that the lawyers have a field day trying to tear them apart. It is not like patenting a safety pin.
