These company had so much promis, blemished by the visionless DG. Granted no one has a crystal ball and no one could have seen Argentina's communist actions to cap oil prices, but there were ample opportunites to managenet ot issue shares at 6 to 20 per share and they waited until the share hit bottom. Then to show off their arrogance tried the LA Pinta where the most accomplished companies failed 3o years ago.

PD has no future, they will keep diluting with no result until shares get to half a billion.
