Yes I agree with your statement of procedure. Now assuming the 88-12 split applies could you walk through the math of a full payment by the sale. How much would crystallex have after payment of fund plus current funds on hand before paying creditors including tenor. How much will be paid to creditor and how much paid to tenor. Then how much left for 88-12 split. Then how much per share?
