Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
That type of simple calculation is one way to look at it. I'm looking at a bigger picture where Kry and Tenor actions come into play. The figure that should be collected is around 2 billion and some of that belongs solely to shareholders not tenor. The mining data Kry gave away and tax losses they need us to sign off on to settle are worth a lot. The mining data alone is estimated at $300M and if you use only what GRZ got at $240M that makes the range .82 to .65 a share kry stole from shareholders. Very hard to dispute the mining data is worthless when both RML and GRZ were paid for theirs.
Like I've said, IMO we are worth over $2 a share and when the time comes we will show the court why if Fung and Tenor want to open that door without a fair settlement agreement.
