As those of you who have been on the forum with me for decades know, I was in touch with Gowlings in Toronto extensively years ago.  They went from being class action counsel to a shareholder group, to later crossing over and representing a party on the other side of the table.  I will restrain myself here and avoid rehashing my correspondances with counsel there.  That said, I will opine that I do not think that they can work with you due to COI issues, as well as the fact that they probably have zero interest in working any further on the KRY case.
