i also agree, that normally you would expect JT to have a deal in mind when taking the job ... but i am not sure if he did actually have something planned or if he just had a wish list because as i recall POHL made it very clear that PTSC would not undertake acquisition.  in any case you should expect it to take up to 6 mo. (that includes all the due diligence beforehand) .. if you think JT did all of that before taking the job then you may get word sometime in November.

what i find interesting is the about face the company did once JT took over ... i wonder if the board members are all totally down with JT visions.  if not then it could take significantly longer.

i dont think we have anything to worry about though.
