...Message boards cannot create what is needed...

PTSC is NOT yet copious known in world within the investment industry. So most, if not almost all PTSC shareholders use the no1. agora message board.

IMO the Consequence: If (!) a message board is long time focused and "power" controlled:

+ to repetitive accept missleadings, twisting of words, planned (?) hate tirades, to support the negativity,

+ to repetitive broaden and extend not yet existing misrepresentations to support doubt and fear,

+ to ONLY accept assured and confirmed facts on the positive side,

then a message board will create a more negative sentiment if needed......!!!

And sentiment is one very important factor to base investment decisions on.

I am sure, you as a lawyer will confirm this view in general, (wasn´t your often posted statement "either argue facts or argue law, if neither is possible then just argue")............
