And not just indication, they have the goods, but that is not enough to raise their share price.

Had one asked me three weeks ago which one would go sky high first, NOT or ECU I would have said without hesitation ECU.

Unfortunately what we believe about any one stock in not necessarily what the market believes and not much we as individuals can do about it.
