realize that just Freewest resources alone had around 211 million outstanding shares.

What you fail to remember is the UC claims, Spider claims, freewest, portion of KWG and NOT to forget the intellectual property for work done on the ROF (WHICH COST MONEY), has also been added to the Noront coffers.

Cliffs had spend around 750 MILLION DOLLARS for all this stuff.. ...and noront paid ...what for it again?

So, yes the share float is higher as compared to the Richard Nemis days..but don't forget what Noront got in return.
