A 20 multiple is more in line with an established, consistent revenue producing company. A company like POET, that is in a significant growth phase, for hopefully many years to come, should get a much higher multiple. 
Compare it to the early years of companies like a Microsoft, Google and the like, (not implying we're in their league) we should be looking at 40, 50, 60 times.
