OC: I would hope that POET completely and absolutely avoids any fabrication in China to avoid IP theft !

That to me is the elephant in the room.

How POET are/will be protecting their IP is above my pay grade too!

Syndicates, agreements, business ecosystems, etc.. in place are my best guess (Ajit). I doubt a hermetic seal would do it (if that's the purpose of said seal of course). But I could be wrong.
