sidebar - HL is not eligible to participate in this warrant conversion because they are insiders. If HL does put more money in I suspect it will be through a private placement and will not take them above 45% total ownership. 

At the AGM DM said they wouldn't say anything about the FDA meeting for about 30 days so don't get to excited if it doesn't come out on Friday. About gives them some leeway.
