Koo you say that Don probably had something to do with HL resolving the $68 million LoC guaranteed by Eastern. I would imagine he had very little to do with it and it was more likely just HL being forced to to defend their investment in RVX. My take is that Don had found no other means to pay back the loan so if HL did not step in Eastern would have walked away with the company IP. Further, I don't know what Don had to do with HL coming into the fold (hopefully something because he has achieved very little else). I know that Eastern got involved after they caught wind of the science and contacted RVX, Don had nothing to do with initiating the relationship. He said so himself (to his credit) at a shareholder meeting when he was talking about how great the science was and the kind of attention it was attracting.
