RVXOT - If you read between the lines in Dec 2017 HL also bought a Right of First Refusal that came due prior to the readout of the BoM trial data because RVX needed that operating capital as well. If there was no ROFR those additional shares along with the warrants would have put HL over or very close to 50% ownership in RVX. HL has been very good to all RVX shareholders as well as the company.
