That now clarified, and understood...and having read today of the dimishing BD2-selectivity of apabetalone at higher doses...do you have concerns now that the dosage used in BETonMACE was too high to have the best effect?  That is what I was trying to solve this AM.   Was the human trial dosage more comparable to Apa5 or Apa20 (uM).  Even your wildest speculations or smallest observations are always welcome here.
