The fact that you decided to selectively enforce the board rules says it all. Remember, repitition is a board infraction. That happens here all the time.
And the fact that you state "The failures keep being repeated at the company so our complaints will sound the same, but they must continue to be voiced in my opinion until the destructive forces within this company are defeated." is even more laughable. No changes to a board room or company management was ever accomplished thru message board posting. Unless, of course, you'd like to share some examples of that happening.
