That suggests to me, they do not want to amend....

I wounder what the examiner considered with regard to supplemental response and amendment ??? Yes or No....there's no filing saying what the decision was...

For now, I consider that he was favorable to it .....and then e.Digial appealed after getting it.

Now that would be a smart move...
