That phrase "in the interest of...etc" meaning lets get this over with, per e.Digital counsel....had yet another meaning....IMO.

Initially reading that phrase kind of set me back......say what???.....lol

There was another intent in mind....appeal.

Might we have access to appeal filings?

Perhaps e.Digital gets a bit of nonpublic action...and there will be no commentary about the progress or results....?
