Yes, but that appears to happen only when the new MEPS are approved.  Until then, it looks like access remains an issue, as I have been suggesting now for many months.  Nice to see it finally admitted.   

Had AZ State Lands Commission not take 5-years to approve JB's last claim filing, we would not be in this hole.  ...fingers crossed for better times ahead for all concerned.
