Then Richey77 questioned the difference between the two words and got a dictionary comparison.. No one at CUU has used "negotiations" in the past. Elmer when asked in conference calls questions like do we know Teck's intentions or something to that effect has always said NO. We've never discussed it. Something screwy with formatting.
