Why would you want BHP shares? Personally, I do not want BHP shares at all since the conversion from Noront to BHP would serious take the potential value out of my investment. Leave things the way they are and establish a New Noront with a new potentially huge incrimental upside. Especially if more discoveries are to be made. Giving me 1000 BHP shares for each 10,000 of Noront means that if BHP goes up by a $1 I'd make $1000 dollars...But without a conversion factor if a New Noront share were to do the same I'd make $10,000. Keep your BHP shares....I'll take my chances with the upside of a New Noront share.... Thanks.

But if BHP were to buy all my shares for a nice double digit figure I am all in....Hint, hint.
