I think that BHP can get retail shares, if they put a good enough amount out. They can still make it by getting retial in with them. Yes, much harder but still doable. 

I don't think its over. Wyloo is sending a shot over the bow of the BHP boat. BHP's next move will set the stage. I would suggest to them , they put in a bid of what they are willing to pay. Not 0.05 above the Wyloo bid. Retail will be swayed with $$. BUt this is only my opinion and hope ... :)
