I don't think Wyloo would give BHP a dollar value for BHP to meet to get Wyloo to sell. They state they have a value they believe we are worth, and that BHP should re-evaluate what they think we are worth. They won't sell beneath their estimated value and will beat bids up to that value....I think they are saying, 'stop playing games, we are serious here, you will have to bid with some meaning or it is a waste of time.' BHP can counter, and may....should.....will....the tenor has changed in my view only..I don't see it as done...not yet.
