Message: My Near Term Expectations

My expectations are that POET will win the India RFP call for the GaAs development. My expectations are such because :-

1.0 No other company out there has anywhere near the demonstrated GaAs technical capabilities of POET.

2.0 No other company has the GaAs patented IP portfolio like POET.

3.0 Poet are in need of such a partner.

4.0 POET has been very vocal about the disruptive impact of POET GaAs capabilities in the Defence vertical.

5.0 Ajit has been very vocal about "Making it in India"

6.0 POET is already well advanced in GaAs. All they need to is to engage a partner who can accelerate the iteration cycles.

7.0 Upon obtaining 6.0 above, the 4-T work-around will get to the finish line.

Now consider this. If POET do win the RFP call, it is reasonable to expect that that would mean the GaAs development will be fully funded until the RFP objectives are completed. Right to the end zone.

How do you all think the market will react to that significant news !! Major partner and GaAs burn rate essentialy nulified,

In addition, we have the InP products going to market over the coming Q3 + Q4. That's the NLWL's and Dielectric waveguides.

Already enough cash on hand until late next year at current burn rate. With the liquidity that would come with the 3 generators above, we would have totally different company outlook.

We'd get a decent uptick in SP and then a decent influx of warrant conversion cash.

Exciting times; as long as these come through.

I remain very confident.
