The only things we know for sure is that Poet participated in a conference call and they said they didn’t have any questions about the RFP. 

That is all; however as usual, some people  concluded what they would like to see, a lot nonsense dot connecting on this board.

Mo: would you care to comment on the alignment of the technology requested in the proposal with regard to what POET has been developing (and discussing) for many years now? Do you think that some other company is a more precise fit for these developmental requests?
