Actually, if Ajit is asked to participate, consult and or assist the Indian government and he discloses his position, holdings etc whether it be Poet or any other company then all issues are removed. I agree that an undisclosed conflict may give rise to issues but given Ajit's experience I suspect that if he were contacted then he would disclose any potential conflicts and the Indian government would then chose to proceed or not.

To suggest otherwise and assume Ajit did not or would not disclose a conflict and make a statement that there will be problems is just a naive opinion.

Let's not worry about that kind of thing
