Message: Re: Questions for Peter and PYR Management

I think they just misunderstood Peter's response, that, you know, a cursory back of the napkin calculation should be enough to understand that PYR in its entirity, cannot operate in the space of a large two bedroom condo.

I personally find it very interesting that this poster on the one hand seems to know absolutely nothing about the most basic and easily verifiable things about the operations of the company - but then seems to be so very intimately acquainted with the incredibly old history of the early stages and, admittedly, to a layperson, complex (though not without very reasonable explanation) relationship between this company and the ones run by Peter's father.

Questioning why a company operating in Greece (or Italy, or France, or America, or any high tax jurisdiction) would register in a low tax jusridiction like BVI shows some knowledge about part of how companies illegally tax shelter (but missed the part about keeping it under wraps by convoluted shells and such and not just straight up reporting it), but then unable to determine which number is likely to be rent vs. which is likely to be property taxes? hmmmmm.....

This person is just an enigma wrapped in a paradox....
