SF - I hear you loud and clear on the 100% or 0% on Top Line success. What I didn't really understand when I was pursuing the answer to the % success answer was how can it change through a double blinded trial. If the odds of success were about 53% when BoM started and all of the data is blinded how can the odds of success increase? Nobody is supposed to know any of the answers.

I would really appreciate it if one of more of the statisticians or scientists on the board could enlighten us.
