Try this. Imagine that you just inherited a controlling interest in a privately owned nuclear research lab, and you know nothing about nuclear physics. Would you try to run the business yourself as CEO, or would you bring in someone else to do that? If you think yourself wise enough to bring in someone else, what are the top 5 qualifications you might look for? Write them down.
Now take that list and translate it into one that fits an exploration-phase mining company on the verge of a world-class discovery. Do you see any similarities in your lists? Do they fit LBSR's current circumstance?
