I'm not certain if this success fee is the same as the pre-construction costs (including plans, fees, and other associated costs) that was associated to approx 9mil that will be paid to Omag inc. Also the land is 1mil sq meters worth 650. per square meter, of which 65. per sq meter is to be paid to the State of Oman for each 3rd party that buys a home site.
