When pohl withheld the 10q for months for some supposed minor accounting error so swartz could dump at a slow and even pace, what do you want to call that one, trickery, lol.
Don't be surprised if swartz even had people buying to cause volume to suck others in while he dumped at higher prices. I'm talking when share price was between 1.30 and 1.80ish. It works like a charm on the otcbb. Someone comes in and buys shares, starts the momo, and others jump in and become bag holders, then a toxic funder like swartz dumps more than he pumped in and the cycle continues. It's done all the time, what would you call that,deceit or trickery.
