You didn't respond, at all, to my post other than you pose this question. But I do appreciate the civil reply.
However, in response, my recollection is that Swartz held a ton of shares in addition to outstanding warrants. He necessarily had to sell existing shares to accomodate the conversion of warrants into shares while avoiding share count limitations.
I'm open to verifiable correction.
