And I suppose you agree with his whole premise of the delay being orchestrated to allow Swartz to sell. Because he couldn't sell all of his shares when the HALF BILLION shares, more than the float, traded in the six months before that.

I don't know if the delay was orchestrated or not but Swartz was still converting warrants to shares and selling in '07.. and late in '07 PTSC purchased 7M warrants directly from L/S Nov 07 Q pg 17... and L/S still retained nearly 50M shares in '08 13G.. So Swartz sure didn't unload all during that HALF BILLION trading in the first half of '06.. My guess is he could only sell a certain % of the days violume.. I'm sure much to his chagrin..
