Actually I did just refresh on it. The 10k was about a month and a half late filed 10/13/06.

Now, here's what medtech wrote -

"When pohl withheld the 10q for months for some supposed minor accounting error so swartz could dump at a slow and even pace, what do you want to call that one"

PTSC traded over 342 million shares between 2/22/06 and 3/23/06 with prices ranging from 86 cents to $1.52. Swartz had plenty of time to dump his shares just within this period alone, let alone the next 6 and a half months when easily another couple hundred million at least were traded (I'm eye-balling and too tired to add them up). Please don't tell me Swartz needed the 10k to be released late so he could dump shares. That's just plain stupid.
