You're right. I remembered late filings but I thought off the top of my head that stating "withholding the 10q for months" was a misstatement. After all, a month and a half is more than one, so I guess the use of months is accurate. Misleading, but accurate. And I guess it WAS withheld, which implies it was completed, but just not released. Yep, that's probably what happened. Again, we don't know what's true for sure. Probably had the accountants in on it too cuz we know they're all slimeballs.

And I suppose you agree with his whole premise of the delay being orchestrated to allow Swartz to sell. Because he couldn't sell all of his shares when the HALF BILLION shares, more than the float, traded in the six months before that.
