I think my base is 36c (go back to my old posts about this) and then what ever it goes over 36c  with help by Gowling.

Someone earlier here said that some court order won by Tenor  a while back in Canada expires in 2 years (which must be soon approaching) and Gowling can repeat the litigation of the same case and maybe win with a new judge.

Can someone recall this and repost?
