Well, we are not going away and Tenor knows that. The best deal for everybody is for Tenor to make a deal with Gowling now so that they will end up with full jurisdiction, all alone, on the total award going forward. This would make it a clean exit before Jan 2021. Courts and everything could create fiasco up to 2023. I don't think Tenor would be comfortable with that.
