Thanks for the explanation, though I do understand they own the mining data. My question is if they wanted it and they had some of the best lawyers money could buy why wasn't it negotiated as an add on like the GRZ and RML deals. Pretty big "loose end" floating around out there.

I personally don't think VZ wants it.
